"I want to extend my sincere thanks for your perseverance through what must have been a truly crazy process for you. I can imagine that it was particularly difficult to be so embedded in the core of the process but at the same time on the outside looking in. With that in mind, I deeply appreciate your contributions and unflagging enthusiasm throughout."

Ted Arnstein
SVP M&A of NXP

"We chose Infinitedge to advise SoftJin on exploring our strategic options. Infinitedge was able to quickly understand our business and prepare the company for the process - the result was the divestiture of our Lithography and Photomask EDA Business Unit. This being a new process for us, Infinitedge explained and managed each step, we felt well prepared, and enjoyed a smooth process resulting in a successful close."

Nachiket Urdhwareshe
President and Co-founder of Softjin Inc.

"Mike's experience was invaluable in completing the acquisition of Sofjin's Photo mask and Lithography business unit. This was one of the smoothest transactions I have been involved with, and credit a large part of this to the Infinitedge team for their hard work and diligence throughout the process. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Infinitedge on future projects."
